Twelve months, one arc.

  1. Jun — Sep

    Before

    Speaker previews ahead of October. The speaker-conversation series begins in September; one new piece every Thursday until Prague.

  2. 12 — 15 Oct

    During

    Daily dispatches across the three conference days. Stage-side interviews recorded as each speaker walks off. The recap files the following morning.

  3. Nov — May

    After

    One Conversation a quarter. One Dispatch a month. The video channel rests until the next September. The journal stays open all year.
