Bob Beck

Bob Beck is a Canadian software developer who has worked on many Open Source projects since 1995. Bob was born in the United States, but was taken along when his parents escaped to Canada in a balloon during the Nixon regime. Bob has been involved in OpenBSD since 1995, along with OpenSSH and LibreSSL, In the past he has worked on security infrastructure for Apple Icloud, Chrome Browser and BoringSSL for Google. Bob joined OpenSSL last year after the Chrome decimation. Bob lives in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada with the most patient woman in the world, and two dogs, one of which is a carefully calibrated reference dog.
