Jonathan Felten is Vice President of Engineering in Cisco's Security and Trust Organization. He leads the Foundational Security Technology teams, which design, develop, and deploy security technologies and cryptographic services across Cisco's product and solution portfolio. These initiatives provide foundational security, reduce customer risk, and ensure Cisco products meet market security requirements. Jonathan's teams create hardware and software solutions that help assure the authenticity, integrity, and resilience of Cisco's products and SaaS offerings against evolving cyber threats. Their work enables customers to build secure IT infrastructures to protect both their own and their customers' assets. With more than 26 years at Cisco, Jonathan has held several senior leadership roles in security engineering and product development, spanning networking, collaboration, and security products. He holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri, Columbia. Jonathan is also a passionate fundraiser for Blood Cancer United (formerly the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society).
