Crypto agility is mostly a slide deck word. If swapping your KEM needs a release train and three vendor tickets, you're not agile... you're just aware.

AI assisted PQC integration in Bouncy Castle

A lot of pqc integration is wiring large amount of mechanical infrastructure and verifying that its done correctly. The talk covers where AI assistance actually accelerated development, where it fails and the verification needed to make it trustworthy. The practical gains were real. Every new signature algorithm needs 15 files across the lightweight APIs, provider registration, parameter handling, factories, OID mapping and provider bridge. AI reduced repetitive work, mainly when porting and scaffolding the integrations.
