Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand plans change. Here’s how cancellations work for OpenSSL Conference 2026 (Prague, 12–15 October).

1. Conference Ticket

• Until 14 September 2026 (four weeks before the conference): refundable, minus a 10% processing fee.
• From 15 September 2026 onward: non-refundable.

2. Hotel Add-on

• Until 13 August 2026 (two months before the conference): 50% refundable.
• From 14 August 2026 onward: non-refundable.

3. Name Substitutions

If you can’t attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague at no charge, any time up to the start of the conference. Both the ticket and the hotel add-on transfer with you. This is usually the simplest option if something comes up close to the date.

4. How to Cancel or Substitute

Email info@openssl-conference.org with your registration confirmation number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. No-shows

Registrations not used and not cancelled in advance are non-refundable.
